Why we exist

A door opened in Arizona in 2021 — and the people who'd benefit most were the last to hear about it. Business owners who already refer clients to lawyers every week had no idea they could own that value instead of giving it away. We built OwnALawFirm.com to be the clearest, most honest guide from "wait, that's legal?" to a real, licensed business.

What we do — and never do

Think of building a law firm like building a house. The attorneys and ethics counsel are the architects; we're the general contractor. We educate, we match you with the right Arizona attorney, and we coordinate the entire formation — documents, scheduling, background-check logistics, milestones, and renewals.

What we never do: give legal or ethics advice, design your ownership structure, own your law firm, or take a cut of the attorneys' legal fees. Every item of legal judgment flows through your licensed attorney and independent ethics counsel. That bright line isn't a limitation — it's exactly what keeps you safe and the whole arrangement clean.

Who's behind it

OwnALawFirm.com is operated by a team of entrepreneurs and technologists who build and run online businesses — including credit and fundability platforms whose customers constantly need legal help. In other words: we're not lawyers, and this model is one we're pursuing ourselves. We wrote The Arizona ABS Playbook to share what we've learned.
