1. Educational information, not legal advice

OwnALawFirm.com is not a law firm and does not provide legal, regulatory, tax, or financial advice. All content is general information. Using this site or our services does not create an attorney–client relationship. Every legal and structural decision should be reviewed with a licensed attorney and independent ethics counsel before you act.

2. Our role

We provide education, attorney matching, and coordination/project-management services. Licensed attorneys provide all legal services and exercise all legal judgment. We do not own client law firms and do not share in attorneys' legal fees.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not and cannot guarantee that any Alternative Business Structure application will be approved — that decision rests with the Arizona Supreme Court. We make no guarantee of any business, financial, or income result.

4. Purchases & refunds

The Arizona ABS Playbook ($27). A digital product delivered immediately. Because it is delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download is accessed.

ABS Fit & Roadmap ($500). A paid diagnostic session and written roadmap, credited toward the Firm Founder Program if you proceed. It is refundable at this diagnostic stage if we are unable to provide a useful assessment. Once you move past the intro and begin the formal facilitation process, the deposit and any facilitation fees are non-refundable, and you will acknowledge this before formal work begins.

Firm Founder Program (facilitation). Facilitation fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Specific terms are provided in your engagement.

5. Your Playbook license

When you buy the Playbook, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read it. Copies may be watermarked with your details. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish it, in whole or in part.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or use our content unlawfully.

7. Third-party services

Payments are handled by Stripe under its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnALawFirm.com and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
